Project: Bookgital – books for kids. A startup offering a subscription-based app for reading children's books from school curricula.

Situation:
The company launched the app and began testing it across different regions.

What we did:
  • Integrated free mobile analytics from AppMetrica to track user behavior and set up key events and user journey funnels.
  • Prepared various creative video assets for testing.
  • Set up Facebook and Google Ads accounts through partners and assisted in creating accounts for other regions.
  • Identified several key audiences for ad targeting.
  • Tested both networks across different regions and identified cost-effective, relevant audiences for the client.
  • Drove the necessary audience volume for product testing.

Results:
  • A comprehensive analytics system was built with data integration into the ad networks.
  • Target regions were tested, and the best ones were identified for further product testing.
  • New creatives helped reduce CPI (cost per install) by 50%.
