Situation:
The team lacked analytics, had no monetization setup, and was unsure how to enter the competitive market.

Objectives:

What we did:
  • Integrated systems allowing the studio to generate revenue from both ads and in-app purchases.
  • Connected free mobile analytics via AppMetrica, setting up in-game events and level funnels to track user behavior.
  • Implemented top-tier mobile attribution with Appsflyer and gathered initial metrics.
  • Set up monetization in Unity, providing recommendations on configuring the ad waterfall (a list of ad networks for promoting the app).
  • Created ad creatives and ran test campaigns on Facebook and Unity ad networks, collecting the first acquisition metrics.
  • Analyzed monetization and profitability.

Results:
  • Increased profitability from 20% to 50%, with ongoing efforts to improve further.
  • Entered the first round of investment funding.
