Situation:
The team lacked analytics, had no monetization setup, and was unsure how to enter the competitive market.
Objectives:
Make the game profitable.

What we did:
Integrated systems allowing the studio to generate revenue from both ads and in-app purchases.
Connected free mobile analytics via AppMetrica, setting up in-game events and level funnels to track user behavior.
Implemented top-tier mobile attribution with Appsflyer and gathered initial metrics.
Set up monetization in Unity, providing recommendations on configuring the ad waterfall (a list of ad networks for promoting the app).
Created ad creatives and ran test campaigns on Facebook and Unity ad networks, collecting the first acquisition metrics.
Analyzed monetization and profitability.
Results:
Increased profitability from 20% to 50%, with ongoing efforts to improve further.
Entered the first round of investment funding.
